CUT OFF for Christmas orders is the 17th December - This allows us enough time to send your item to arrive for Christmas.
The Blue Hare will be closed over Christmas and New Years from 20th December 2024 and we will reopen on the 6th January (Monday). All orders taken at this time will be sent when we return.

Also Please be aware we are taken an extended break Later January to friends in the North Island to visit friends from Friday 10th January reopen again on 27th January.

​​DELIVERY FEES​

Orders over $250 will be shipped free of charge;

For orders under $250, depending on your location and the size of the parcel being sent, we will charge a flat delivery fee of $15.00 for South Island and $30 for North Island parcels.

Where possible we will combine shipping if possible.

We do not charge extra for rural delivery.

Pick ups (Timaru) are allowed via prior arrangement please email theblueharehomewares@gmail.com. No pickup without prior arrangement.

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable may incur a courier redelivery fee where: no business name has been shown, the address is incorrect, or delivery has been attempted & the customer does not organise necessary alternative delivery or collection arrangements with the courier.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING AND CARD

We are happy to gift wrap any online orders free of charge! Simply request for your order to be gift wrapped in the special enquiries/comment section at checkout. We are also happy to write a note or fill out your purchased greeting card.
BULKY ITEMS

large items may have a special shipping cost. Due to the nature or large size of some items, combined shipping may not always be available (this will be noted within the products description).

FRAGILE ITEMS

Fragile and larger furniture items are sent using specialist couriers to ensure safe arrival (Price on request - as furniture sizing varies). Please order online using the 'pickup from Store option and then contact the The Blue Hare store for a freight quote to your area.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Each order will generally take 1 – 2 days to be processed. We quite often process your orders on the same day as they are received. However, during peak seasons delay can happen. We will communicate with you via email if we believe that we need additional days to process your order.

After an order is processed, it will be sent via our courier partners for delivery. The delivery timeframe is usually between to 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
​
All deliveries are trackable. A tracking link will be sent to you via email when your order is shipped. If you have created an account with us, you can also find the tracking link in your account pages.
​
For orders over $250, we will send the order with signature required.
